A sumptuous Speyside single malt which slumbered in Sherry butts from 1999 to 2013. This Caperdonich makes for a fine addition to Gordon & MacPhail's Connoisseurs Choice.
Pineapple and banana, with hints of liquorice. Slight herbaceous notes further on.
Exciting spices and perhaps even a hint of ash. Oranges, lemons and vanilla give depth and balance.
Sherried raisins on the finish.
Very interesting from Caperdonich.
