This is a popular distillery with aficionados. At one point it was known as Glen Grant No.2 after its sister distillery. Legend has it that the two were connected by a pipe to transfer whisky between them, this was removed once locals were found drilling into it and stealing the whisky running inside.

The nose is fresh and floral with notes of summer fruits doused in cream.
The mouth-feel is silky with sweet shortbread and notes of spice.
The finish is long with fresh fruits and Scotch tablet.
This is a mighty fine whisky with plenty of fruity notes and a spiciness on the palate.
