Caol Ila single malt, independently bottled by Dràm Mòr! Distilled in 2015, this single malt was finished in a French oak oloroso sherry hogshead before bottling in 2024. A total release of 288 cask-strength bottles.
Sherry and peat bring a sweet, smoky start with grilled stone fruit, tobacco, and salted fudge.
Flakes of sea salt and runny toffee, ashen peat smoke, poached plums and charred apricots.
Hearty layers of sweet peat, cakey spice, smoked caramel, and peppercorn warmth.
