A limited edition bottling from Islay's much-adored Caol Ila Distillery, released in celebration of its 175th anniversary! This expression takes inspiration from the sunrises seen from the distillery on its east coast home, and this is translated through the well-rounded, light, warming single malt Scotch whisky. A release of 3,000 bottles.

Buttery pastry with hints of sultana and dried orange peel, joined by smoky, coastal peat.
Smoke persists, though now it has waves of honey and vanilla for company. A hint of sea salt and cracked black pepper develops.
