Single malt from the isle of Islay, distilled specifically by the Caol Ila Distillery on the east coast of the island. This one was matured from 2008 to 2021, before eventually being bottled up by Italian indie bottlers, Samaroli, with various statues on the artsy label, all of whom looks fairly stoic. Y'know, like statues, or those people who pretend to be statues on the street.
