From Berry's whisky selection comes this single cask Caol Ila distilled in 1983 and aged for 28 years in cask 4825 before bottling in 2011.
Nose: Coffee beans and smoky malt, hints of seaspray and sticking plasters, freshly baked sour dough bread and spice.
Palate: Peaty and oily, linseed oil in particular, sweet malt, molasses, burnt rubber, tobacco and coffee.
Finish: Almond and spice, salt and smoke.
