Old single grain is a wonderful thing, and we've got proper treat here - it's a 28 year old single grain from Cameronbridge, bottled at cask strength by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co.! This one was distilled in September 1992 and aged in a single bourbon cask for nearly three decades, before being bottled in 2021 for The Cooper's Choice range, with just 288 bottles produced.
Buttery shortbread and fragrant honey, with a touch of floral sweetness to it too.
Brown sugar, grilled peaches, a soft hint of nutmeg and cedar heat.
Mahogany, spearmint, juicy red apple, buttered popcorn.
