Cameronbridge 34 Year Old 1984 (cask 19307) - Cask Strength Collection (Signatory)

34 year old single grain from Cameronbridge, bottled by Signatory. It was back in March 1984 when this whisky was distilled and filled into a single hogshead. 34 years later, that hogshead was cracked open, and the whisky was bottled for the Cask Strength Collection. 217 bottles were produced.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

Salted caramel and fudge. Pecan, ginger, lemon and cigar box.

    Palate

Orange peel and melted butter, followed by waves of caramel. Hints of old fashioned cola cubes and liquorice root.

    Finish

Still enjoyably sweet, with a touch of leather adding a rich savoury element.
