Well, lookie here! Dazzling single grain, single cask whisky from the Cambus Distillery, matured in sherry casks and independently bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd. Distilled in 1991, just two years before the distillery's closure, and bottled with an outturn of only 481 bottles, this is a rare drop indeed!
Redcurrants and strawberry coulis, burnt sugar, and cracked black pepper.
Vanilla extract and toasted almonds, custard creams, sherried sultanas, and dates.
Cinnamon and oak spice, tinned pears, pastel de nata.
