The brilliant Causeway Collection from Bushmills has been treated to this impressive addition, a 32-year-old single malt whiskey distilled in April 1989. It then matured in a single Port cask for the next three decades or so, before an outturn of 354 bottles were released. Seriously impressive stuff.
