Single Malt

A distillery-only Bushmills release that pushes the envelope with an unusual acacia wood finish. After ageing in bourbon barrels and toasted sherry casks, the whisky spent over a year in French acacia wood, adding herbal, spicy depth. Bottled at 47% and limited to 12,000 bottles, it’s a cracking glimpse of Bushmills’ experimental side.
This bottle was part of a private collection - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!

This is a grand whiskey - fairly standard Bushmills but the Acacia wood does make enough of a difference to justify buying. But only at the distillery for (I think) around £50. This is absolutely not worth £150. Not even close.
