Bushmills 12 Year Old
Bushmills 12 Year Old marks the next chapter for its core range, replacing the 10 Year Old as the distillery’s new entry-point single malt in the UK. Triple distilled, it spends its maturation in a combination of bourbon barrels and oloroso sherry butts before a finishing spell in Marsala wine casks from Sicily. This richer, rounder style layers dried fruit and gentle spice over Bushmills’ signature fruit-forward spirit. Bottled at 40% ABV, it is polished, accessible, and very moreish.

Nose
Honey and dried apricot, red apple, brown sugar, sherried spice and caramel.
Palate
Silky and sweet with candied apple, honey, caramel, roasted nuts, raisins and gingerbread, with soft tropical fruit in the background.
Finish
Orchard fruit, toffee and nutty sweetness with a lingering sweet-salty note.
