“Been a fan of Bushmills 10 for years. If you haven't, try adding a drop of water; it changes the taste profile. Are there better whiskies out there? Absolutely. But if you can get it in the UK on offer for £25, it's a no-brainer for the price point. I wouldn't pay full price... £35”

Bushmills 10 Year Old

A superb 10 year old Irish single malt whiskey and winner of Best Irish Single Malt Whiskey at the 2007 World Whiskies Awards. Wonderfully fruit-forward, with a good helping of vanilla and warming oaky spices in support.

Cooked banana and tropical fruit.

Palate

Guava, cantaloupe melon, over-ripe white peach, vanilla and peels.

Finish

Floral, spicy finish.

Overall
