Nose: Wet rocks and shells jump out, followed by heather and malt, seaweed and even kippers. Quite wonderful.
Palate: More shells and plenty of malt with a touch of golden fruit alongside heather 'n' leather smokiness.
Finish: Pow! Smoky barley and tobacco come to the fore, with lingering chard and a touch of pleasant salinity.
Overall: There be peat in this here Bunnah! There's also plenty of gorgeous coastal character and complexity. We wouldn't mind being shipwrecked on Gilligan's Island with a bottle of this.
