Description

This expression was drawn from hogshead casks, and bottled up at 48% ABV.

Toasted sugar, eucalyptus, baked earth smokiness.

Palate

Still enjoyably vegetal, with rounded barley and vanilla notes balancing it.

Finish

Sweet peat sticks around on the finish.
