Bottled at 51.6% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural colour, this limited release of 7,571 bottles combines coastal maturation with sweet wine cask influence.

Honeysuckle, elderflower, orchard fruit, candied citrus, honey warmth.

Peach, apricot candied lemon zest, honeyed almonds, toasted malt, ginger spice.
