Wonderful sherried Bunnahabhain from the folks at Càrn Mòr, this Islay single malt was distilled in 2012 and left to mature in a pair of sherry butts. It was bottled after nine years, with 1,016 bottles released for the Strictly Limited range.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Very gentle smoke, followed by orange chocolate, rock salt, and fresh herbs.

Palate

Mint chocolate now, with burnt baking spices, sherried dried fruit, and black pepper.

Finish

A good helping of spice, nuts, and jammy cherries.
