This single cask Bunnahabhain Scotch single malt whisky was bottled in 2018 for the Strictly Limited range from Càrn Mòr after it spent 4 years in an ex-bourbon barrel. It was distilled by Bunnahabhain in 2013 and was bottled with no added colouring or chill filtration, with an outturn of just 345 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Soft baking spice warmth and freshly cut damp peat initially with rich malt aroma, salted lemon and creamy vanilla.

Palate

Soft apricot sweetness and a touch of blackberry jam, oily walnuts and salty sea air.

Finish

Earthy vanilla and a hint of crunchy brown sugar remain.
