Nose
Surprisingly fresh. Gentle Madeira, fruity acidity, floral. Caramel, coppery, smoky, dry balsa wood, creamy chocolate, sherry, aniseed.
Palate
Thick, honeyed, sweetness, grapey. Citrus zest appears from time to time with malt. Latte, toffee.
Finish
Greengage jam, coffee, rum-like texture, peat smoke.
