Just 198 bottles of this independently bottled Bunnahabhain were released by those fine Kingsbury folks! This was distilled on the Isle of Islay in 1997 by Bunnahabhain, and matured in a rum cask for 19 years before being bottled at cask strength.
Stewed apple and pear, salted caramel brownie, malted milk biscuits.
Tangy orange and more apple, followed by a touch of oily walnut and fizzy oak.
Cardamom and nutmeg spiciness develops on the finish, with a final hint of tangerine.

An amazing whiskey, finishing the bottle now after a few months, liked it at first and now it is just beyond describing. Sad I can't buy another one, will be looking for similar bottlings.
