Sherry
Fabulous Islay single malt from Bunnahabhain, bottled by Càrn Mòr for the Celebration of the Cask series. This was distilled in December 2004 and matured for 16 years in a single sherry butt. In March 2021, a total of 534 bottles was drawn from the cask, bottled at a natural cask strength of 55.5% ABV.
Dark cherry chocolate and musty coffee with fragrant orange zest and sherried oak.
Honey soaked dates and raisins, crystalised ginger, dried orange wheels and burnt sugar.
Salted almonds, cinnamon, nutmeg, and chocolate coffee beans.
