Càrn Mòr have bottled up a fab Bunnahabhain here! This one was distilled in December 2004 and set aside to age in a single sherry butt for 15 years, before cracking the cask open and bottling up the whisky in January 2020. 396 cask strength bottles were released as part of the Celebration Of The Cask range.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Honeycomb, quince jam, a little shoreline salinity and some cookie dough sweetness.

Palate Chocolate ice-cream with strawberry sauce, balanced by intensely malty richness and just a whisper of drying cedar spiciness.

Finish Orange liqueur, peppery oak, new leather.
