Nose: Refined hints of peat smoke rise through heather honey initially. A note of wet rocks develops among golden fruit and touches of vanilla and hazelnut.
Palate: Red chilli and clove add warmth and spice to dark chocolate fudge, roast chestnuts and a little sea salt. Oak char forms the backdrop.
Finish: Barley and dry smoke linger.
Overall: Bunna-fied brilliance. Oh, how nice this would be in a Penicillin.
