This is a Lady of the Glen bottling of single malt Scotch whisky from Islay's Bunnahabhain Distillery, aged for 11 years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt – from March 2010 to May 2021. Following that rest, it was bottled at cask strength, with an outturn of 213 bottles by Hannah Whisky Merchants.
Nutmeg and ginger snaps, with orange peels and chocolate shavings.
Oily malt with a core of vanilla and peppercorn, surrounded by more chocolatey sweetness.
Dried fruit, cinnamon, marzipan.
