We do love some well-aged whisky from the Bowmore Distillery, and this single malt was distilled in 1997, maturing for 25 years with a PX sherry hogshead finish, so expect plenty of spice and fruit alongside the heady peat. The single cask Islay whisky was independently bottled in 2023 for the Infrequent Flyers range from Alistair Walker, with an outturn of only 299 bottles.
