This special edition of Bowmore 10-year-old celebrates the Aston Martin LM10 team car on the label. A careful selection of ex-sherry casks and hogsheads went into this single malt Scotch whisky, which promises generous helpings of sherry-soaked fruit, and dark caramel character.

I would imagine that if one would mix some syrupy sweetness with nail polish it would most probably taste like this. This one you must sip with really really small sips. If not, you will be overwhelmed with the almost burnt bitterness and salt covering up everything else. Yeah but if you stick to really really small sips then it becomes barely palpable. If I had paid for this (got it as a gift) I would have sued for my money backç
I'm not fan of Bowmore and only Bowmore I liked was the Devil Cask 10 years old. All others have been disappoinments. This is different. A bit dry, but gentle and without big smokiness. Nice color and medium length finish. Better than normal Bowmore 10 year old. I would like to try Bowmore Aston Martin 15 year old. (R)
