James Cree was a Scottish whisky maker who married Agnes, the eldest daughter of independent bottler John Crabbie. James Cree's father, William Cree, had bought a spirits business in 1825, along with John Crabbie, known as ‘Crabbie & Cree’, the precursor to ‘John Crabbie & Co.’. A blend of 80% grain whisky and 20% single malt from Crabbie's Bonnington distillery, this whisky offers up a delicate, sweet profile, layered with sugared fruit and honey.
