Independent bottler Fruitful Spirits got its hands on something special here, some of the first whisky released under the Bonnington brand. One of Edinburgh’s newest distilleries, production kicked off in Leith in March 2020 and in October of 2023 its first single malt launched. Not far behind is this release from Fruitful Spirits, a heavily peated expression bottled at a cask strength of 64.8% ABV without chill-filtration.
