The Whistler Mosaic Marsala Cask Irish Whiskey
From The Whistler range, Mosaic has Marsala is a single grain whiskey finished in Sicilian Marsala Casks for 15 long months, as the name suggests. The Sicilian inspiration also influenced the design of this expression, which was bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered, and natural colour.

Nose
Orange peel, creamy vanilla, cinnamon, and hazelnut.
Palate
Dark chocolate, salted caramel, acacia honey, and stone fruit.
Finish
Citrus zest and oak spice.
