Description
Boann Distillery teamed up with sister brewery Boyne Brewhouse to create this Irish whiskey, with the latter filling sherry hogshead barrels with its award-winning Imperial Stout and leaving the beer to mature in there for six months. Once the barrels were emptied, the Whistler Premium Blend was filled into these casks, creating a rich and rewarding Imperial Stout Finish.

Nose
Dark chocolate, espresso, vanilla, toasted brown sugar, and orange peel.
Palate
Orchard fruit, salted caramel, milk chocolate, and cinnamon.
Finish
More coffee and chocolate.
