Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
A wave of dark chocolate, treacle, and dried figs, followed by a swirl of spiced orange peel and toasted oak. Hints of pipe tobacco and roasted nuts add depth.
Palate
Syrupy and full-bodied, with bursts of sticky dates, black cherries, and sultanas. Clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon spice emerge alongside espresso bitterness and a whisper of savoury cured meat.
Finish
Long, warming, and deeply satisfying – lingering cocoa, dark fruit compote, and a touch of leather.
