A gloriously bold single pot still Irish whiskey from Boann Distillery, fully matured in a Moscatel de Setúbal cask. Distilled in 2021 and bottled in 2025 at a thunderous 61.7% ABV, this single cask release from The Heart Cut piles dessert wine richness on top of a creamy, spicy pot still mash bill.

Nose
Raspberry jam, redcurrant jelly, orange blossom honey, and warm apple pie, with buttery biscuit sweetness.
Palate
Booze-soaked sultanas, baked orchard fruit, rich tea biscuits, cinnamon, and creamy pot still spice.
Finish
Lingering berry sweetness, pastry notes, and gentle baking spice.
