Blanton's Straight From The Barrel - Barrel 1458
Top-notch single barrel bourbon from the Blanton's selection. This was drawn from barrel #1458, having spent its time in the famed Warehouse H, and bottled without any chill-filtration or additional colours at a robust 61.3% ABV.
Please Note: Unfortunately, the gold wax atop these Straight From The Barrel bottlings is currently prone to cracking. We're informed that this should be a short term problem, but please be aware when purchasing this tasty bourbon. (Don't worry, the delicious liquid inside won't be affected!)
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Chewy caramel, barrel char, waxy fruit and peppery spice. Enjoyably oily at times.
