Blair Athol single malt, distilled in 2013 and matured for nine years, including some time in a Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead. A total of 287 bottles were independently released by The Red Cask Company in 2023.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Sweet layers of vanilla fudge and caramel, with cinnamon sugar and ginger in tow.

Palate Boiled cherry sweeties, honeyed dates, and apple pastries, with charred oak and nutty malt beneath.

Finish Toffee and sweet baking spices linger, joined by candied nuts and a touch of pepper.
