A generously sherried single malt from the Blair Athol Distillery here, independently bottled as part of the Darkness range. This one was allowed 14 years of maturation, including a stint in specially-coopered Oloroso sherry octave casks, which helped to impart a wealth of intense sherried notes.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Millionaire's shortbread and flakes almonds, with a touch of Bounty Bar.

Palate Juicy with orange and sultana, while bittersweet chocolate notes stick around in the background.

Finish Nutmeg and cinnamon, juxtaposed by brown sugar and gingerbread.
