This addition to the Infrequent Flyers range was distilled at Blair Athol in 2008. It matured for 14 years in a Pedro Ximénez puncheon before being bottled in 2022 by Alistair Walker. Naturally coloured, non-chill filtered, and cask strength, only 680 bottles of this Highland single malt were produced.
Christmas pudding, with dried vine fruits, and a touch of hot chocolate.
Sticky dates, with cinder toffee, Black Forest gateaux, and a touch of liquorice.
Peppery spice builds along with treacle notes.
