A Wemyss Malts bottling of Bladnoch single malt, which was allowed to age in a single hogshead from 1990 to 2018. 219 bottles were produced, and given the rather enthusiastic name Sweet as a Nut!.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Milky tea, eucalyptus, honeyed malt and some sawdust.
Palate
Digestive biscuits, mature oak, a touch of spent match gives it a savoury edge.
Finish
Creamy vanilla and more honey.
