Indie Bladnoch single malt, distilled back in 1990 and matured in a single hogshead cask. Following its lengthy slumber, the whisky was bottled by Wemyss Malts in 2018, producing just 186 bottles. As a hint towards its flavour profile, this whisky was given the name Exotic Fruit Sorbet - so perhaps this will make for a tasty dessert accompaniment...
