Indie Bladnoch single malt, distilled back in 1990 and matured in a single hogshead cask. Following its lengthy slumber, the whisky was bottled by Wemyss Malts in 2018, producing just 186 bottles. As a hint towards its flavour profile, this whisky was given the name Exotic Fruit Sorbet - so perhaps this will make for a tasty dessert accompaniment...
Mango, green banana and kiwi - it certainly lives up to its name!
A core of vanilla-rich malt makes a great canvas for continues zesty fruit notes, alongside a hint of savoury bread.
Subtly oily, though still sweet with lime and mango.
