Wafts of heather and lemon blossom, along with cut grass, and dried apple.
Pears in chocolate sauce, bolstered by peppery oak, and more florals.
Black pepper, cinnamon, and cocoa linger.
Not sure about pears and apples but never the less a Delightful , soft caramel tasting whiskey that taste as good as anything costing up to double the price
