Indie bottler Adelphi is back with a brilliant single cask single malt from the Bladnoch distillery, released for the Archive collection. Matured in a single cask for 26 years between 1990 and 2016, a total of 146 bottles were released, at cask strength of 62.4% ABV.
Spiced biscuits, dried peels with zesty notes of orange and pineapple backed up by heavy oak.
Butterscotch, white chocolate, and rice pudding with earthy notes of leather bringing more spice.
Punchy pepper with lingering oaken depth, notes of musty tobacco, and drying nutmeg.
