Black Bottle
Set sail to the Caribbean via Scotland with Black Bottle Captain's Cask. Part of the Alchemy Series, for this one master Blender Julieann Fernandez paired smooth older malts with intense, explosive ones, along with aged grain and peated malts that had been finished in rum casks. It was bottled at 46.3% ABV without chill filtration or additional colouring.

For this price buy a case . I've had bottles that are 10 x this price that are absolutely shadowed by this dram
I am really enjoying this. Another triumph for Black Bottle
I love a rum finished whiskey and the subtle smokey-ness of Black Bottle is really interesting with this casking. Really nice sipped and very interesting to play around with in cocktails.
Was looking forward to trying this latest release in their Alchemy series and wasn't disappointed. Fruity rum and raisin and possibly my fav to date in the range.
