Unfortunately, we can't ship Orkney 12 Year Old 2007 (cask 4) - Berry Bros. & Rudd to the United States at the moment, but we've got some friends who can.
A 12 year old single malt from Orkney, independently bottled up by Berry Bros. & Rudd after maturing from 2007 to 2019. You'll note that we didn't mention which Orkney-based distillery was behind this one. That's because... We don't know. The BB&R team are keeping their lips sealed, but considering there aren't all that many distilleries on Orkney, you might be able to figure it out.
Nose: Dry barley with a bit of sea breeze wafting past, followed by sugared almond and apricot.
Palate: Salted caramel tart, soft hints of heather, and toasted bread with butter.
Finish: Oily oak lasts long on the finish.
