Excellent indie single malt here from a secret Orkney distillery, independently bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd. This vintage 2006 Scotch whisky was aged in an oloroso sherry butt until it was bottled up in 2023 at 57.1% ABV without any additional colouring or filtration.

Nose
Sweet dried fruit notes on the nose with bonfires and sea breeze.
Palate
Black pepper, black cherries, and cinnamon with orchard fruit and a little salt.
Finish
Sweet and spicy.
