Complex, sweet, and delicate. My wife got this for me when i turned 30. Whenever i drink it i think about the last 30 years... and they have been complex, a little bitter going down but finishes nice and lingers, but that makes the sweet that much sweeter!
I can see why this has consistently scored high points, it offers pretty much everything in 1 integrated package. My mother-in-law makes a wonderful steamed syrup sponge, if she were able to lightly smoke the vanilla custard then it would smell and taste like this :-)
