A single cask Benrinnes, distilled in 2012 and matured for 10 years in a first-fill bourbon hogshead. The Speyside single malt Scotch whisky was independently bottled in 2023 by Signatory Vintage for its Cask Strength Collection, with an outturn of only 275 bottles.
Nose: Sweet and malty, with some cinnamon, fresh pastries, and vanilla fudge.
Palate: Toffee, flapjacks, milk chocolate, and allspice, with oak char.
Finish: Warming oak, with brown sugar.
