Description

A single cask vintage 2012 Benrinnes Scotch whisky here. It was matured in a dechar/rechar refill bourbon hogshead for over a decade before it was bottled at 58% ABV for the Cask Strength Collection by Signatory.

Nose

Green apples, malted biscuits, floral honey, and nutmeg.

Palate

Toffee apples, shortbread, desiccated coconut, vanilla, and oak char.

Finish

Baked goods and orchard fruit linger.
