Well-aged single malt from the Benriach range – a glorious sight! The Thirty is (as you might expect from the name) a 30 year old single malt Scotch whisky, which has been made using peated spirit matured in four types of cask. Those casks are sherry casks, bourbon barrels, virgin oak casks, and Port casks. These casks have allowed for master blender Rachel Barrie to create a hugely complex expression, with warming smoke juxtaposed by decadent sweetness, punctuated by bursts of rich spice. A gloriously impressive single malt.

Nose Stewed plum, baked orange, smoked walnut and cinnamon cocoa.
Palate Dark fruit, manuka honey and chocolate raisin, with a long and complex smoked honey finish.
