A peated Benriach, aged for three decades! This 30 year old single malt was distilled in March 1986 and bottled in June 2016 after a finishing period in a Pedro Ximénez hogshead. 307 bottles were produced.
Rich molasses pours over sweet dates and dried prunes with a subtle, smoky herbal back note.
Dark chocolate and brittle toffee floods over rich dates and malt loaf. The peat smoke builds gradually, balancing off with a crisp, floral oak finish.
