Nose
Toasted oak staves and slightly burnt cookies - a rather smoky expression indeed!
Palate
Fruity notes sit at the core (apple, pear and gooseberry), with waves of rich smoke swirling around them.
Finish
Toasted brown sugar and banana chips.
