A UK exclusive bottling of peated Benriach single malt, aged in a bourbon barrel for 22 years. It was distilled back in July 1994 and bottled in November 2016 at cask strength, producing only 271 bottles. Always interesting to get our hands on peaty Benriach...

Nose

Toasted oak staves and slightly burnt cookies - a rather smoky expression indeed!

Palate

Fruity notes sit at the core (apple, pear and gooseberry), with waves of rich smoke swirling around them.

Finish

Toasted brown sugar and banana chips.
