15 year old BenRiach single malt Scotch whisky, firstly matured in American oak bourbon barrels, and then finished in Sauternes casks from the Bordeaux region. This finishing period has imparted subtle sparks of intense fruit sweetness, which blend well with the vanilla-rich, well-oaked single malt.
Very crisp with thick honey and a light peated finish. Perfect summer night dram.
